Terms and Conditions

By registering for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Terms and Conditions

• Full payment is due by April 20 2026. 
• Participants must be at least 21 years of age or 16 - 20 years of age accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• All participants must have a valid ID and proof of residency in the specified counties.
• Participants are required to bring their own firearm and ammunition for the live-fire drills.
• Proper safety gear, including eye and ear protection, must be worn at all times during the event.
• Any participant found to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the event immediately.
• Refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the event.
• All refunds will be issued, less $45 ( for online training portal course ) and a 12% processing fee. 
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who violates safety rules or disrupts the event.
• Participants are responsible for their own transportation and accommodation during the event.
