NRA Instructor Shotgun Shooting Course 

📅 Course Dates:

• NRA Basics of Shotgun Shooting Course (Prerequisite): June 12-13 | 8:45 AM - 5:30 PM
• Instructor Certification:
• Basic Instructor Training (BIT):  June 20 | 8:45 AM – Noon 
• Shotgun Instructor Training: June 20 | Noon- 5:30 PM & June 21 | 8:30 - 5:30

📍 Location: Yolo Sportsmen’s Association 24189 Aviation Avenue, Davis, CA 95616

💵 Tuition: $450 — includes all course materials and range fees

Become an NRA-Certified Shotgun Instructor. This 4 day certification program is designed for aspiring Shotgun instructors who want to teach marksmanship, firearm safety, and foundational skills with confidence.

The course includes:

• Basics Instructor Training (BIT) – required unless completed within the past 24 months
• NRA Shotgun Instructor Training
• Bonus: The Basics of Shotgun Shooting Course is offered at no additional cost June 12 & 13 for candidates who need to fulfill that prerequisite. If you have taken Basics of Shooting Shooting, email me your completion certificate to be excused. 

🔔 Note: Candidates who have not completed BIT within the last 24 months, must attend our BIT session on June 20 to be eligible for certification.
